This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high performing swim club located in one of NZ’s most sought-after locations.

Queenstown Swim Club (QSC) are looking for a Head Coach to lead and develop a swim program for the area that focuses on fun and high levels of achievement – particularly with regards to national and regional swim meets.

This will involve working closely with QSC’s committee members, regional swimming bodies, and other key stakeholders to deliver against agreed key objectives.

Naturally, you would have a relevant coaching accreditation and have hands on experience coaching swimmers at different levels. To really succeed in this role you would also need an expert technical knowledge of current swimming trends and developments, and a track record of bringing multiple stakeholders together in the common pursuit of swimming excellence.
