This year's South Island Short Course Championships kick off on Friday 30 June in Blenheim. The annual championships will showcase more than 200 of the South Island's best swimmers, battling it out in the 25m pool for the honour of becoming South Island champion. 

Two Otago athletes are making the huge journey up to Blenheim to compete. We would like to send the best of luck to Fleur Jansen and Luisa Palmer, both of Wanaka Swim Club! Give it your all girls - we will be cheering you on from back here in Otago! Their events are as follows..
