Get ready to race. This short-course competition brings together eligible athletes aged 12 and over from across the South Island to battle it out for championship titles in a fast, competitive environment. It’s the perfect stepping stone toward September’s national short-course championships - sharp racing, strong fields, and a chance to test your form when it matters.
Adding to the excitement is the Mixed Club Draft Relay - one of the most unique features of the meet. Up to eight teams of 16 athletes (eight female, eight male) will be selected, with prize money on the line. Enter event 300 to be in the mix - it’s free, so there’s nothing to lose. Coaches are key to making it happen, so be sure they have completed the availability form on time.
